| there would be no point to give it back to a blocked character so either keep it or send it to the empire, because TGI is considered as a debt and all debts must be repaid. |
| The conditions are to be fulfilled and then the TGI is to be returned to the block character. If not then the renter will be blocked for not full filling the conditions. |
