-Give me the first 1 thief art reward you get from the thief guild if return TGI in 1 week,
or your first 2 thief arts rewards from the thief guild if return TGI in 2 weeks.
-If return TGI after 2 weeks, you pay 3000 gold per extra day pass 2 weeks.
-If past 4 weeks you get blocked or fined 500,000 gold.
