10. 'Please suggest other options for guild reward.'
To begin, I've never liked that you must reach such a high level in gamblers guild in order to receive a prize or reward.
Gamblers are risk takers, though they will often judge the risks they take beforehand in order to see if the reward is worth the risk. My suggestion then is a new power which appears on the bottom right hand of screen or in the spell book itself.
Gambler's Strike (received at level 6): +1/3 Gambler level to Attack and +50% damage. However there is a 50% chance that the strike will automatically miss its target thus doing '0' damage.
Master Gambler's Strike (received at level 9): +1/2 Gambler level to Attack and X2 damage. With a 50% chance that the strike will automatically miss its target thus doing '0' damage. | 21: Did you mean as a hero skill, or avaliable for any unit?
If it's a hero skill, It wouldn't be so great for spell casters, since they probably have better things to do with the hero's turn. If it's for any unit, it seems a bit overpowered IMO, and would change the battles too much.
I don't think Gamblers' Guild should give any permanent bonuses. It doesn't require much effort to raise, just patience (and unlike laborers' guild, playing tavern matches isn't really needed for the game's economy system). The simplest solution would to give a one-time gold bonus at certain GG levels, or maybe reduce the tavern cut of card game bets at higher levels. | 22. For units.
I believe the 50% chance to miss more than makes it fair. Consider the chance to strike ghosts...

I'd say your ideas should be switched. Laboror's Guild is all patience. Just wait an hour then put a code in - voila - +1 point. Even in battling as long as you don't AFK you still walk away with some experience and SP. However in Gambler's guild you must win in order to gain a point. That means without skill (or as could be argued , game luck) you will never level up.
Gold would be nice too though. =D | I`m reading and thinking there was only one good suggestion about knowledge increase (it is only connection with gamblers) also luck could be as a bonus.
As you know increasing gamblers guild lvl you can bet more money for tower game win. So what about betting against empire in hunts? (you can bet only on your win, if you win you keep the money) available only on single (in merged hunts bet canceled) hunts.
Me: "I`m mighty hero I can kill those 5000 goblins my king!"
King: "No way, they will smash your troops like pesants"
Me: "I can bet 100 gp on that"
King: "Deal"
