new to merc quests, can i do this at 5?
A couple of villages in 'Silent Hill' are attacked by 'Giants-monster {0}' daily. Innocent inhabitants continue to disappear! Hurry over there and deal with the monster! You have 120 minutes.

nope most monster quests arent doable at lvl 5
