I'm wondering, why Thives arts have lower parameters than they have it on russian server?
Now most parth of those arts have lower parameters than arts from artifact store.
Maybe it will be a good idea make it the same as on russian server. |

| They also require lvl 7 to wear them, as opposed to level 6 here. Artifacts on .ru were strengthened after a thief event, maybe eventually we'll have one ourselves. |
