I was just wonderin how the complete theif art set stacks up against a character that is full arted. It appears to me that the benefits from the set would be beat out a lvl 6 fully arted (with difficulty), but would lose to a lvl 7 (best arts) and upwards. Is there anyone that can confirm my beliefs or falsify them? If the set is good for pvp, would it be good for a demon player? and at what lvl does it become obselete (by characters wearing full/best arts)

check the last part it gives those bonus if entire set is equiped + check each indivisual art for the stat points they give
in my opinon the entire set gives about 45~55 initiative in % = 4.5~5.5 initiative
also it gives speed attack defese luck stats its dead useful
but i suggest its use if u r an elf or DE that suits them more | I did read the stats on the equipment, but knowing the stats doesn't necessarily translate into how well they perform during combat. Does anyone have any examples or has anyone used the thieving arts?
Thanks | | this would be the best set u would be really reaLLY good for 60 battles | Well it does depend on the level, when you are at level 10 with so many different arts to choose from then it really depends upon what you are facing, whether it be a hunt, a pvp, an ambush or a merc quest
I have a full thief set and it is on its 3rd full repair, so I get a lot of use out of it, I find it excellent especially for the extra initiative and the one extra speed it gives to all your troops. I am DE by the way and would you like to face 43 shrews with 9 speed and 21.4 initiative, most people dont want to. Thats what it gives you, reasonable attack, poor defense but speed of strike (and return in case of shrews)
