Anyone can tell me how to get a elements from mersonary missions? I getting only money, not elements - i get elements after maybe 8-10 missions. All rest is money. Why?
I have reputation 10 in Mersonary Guild, i do 5-15 missions per day....

Rep have nothing to do with how often you get elements. It's a set 20%(?) chance to get elements. You might be very unlucky, or very unpatient. You must have got more than that.

some people have reported no elements for 30~35 battles in some previous threads i can find them now
its random so dont worry my sub got elements on first 2 attempts then for bout rest 23 times its with no elements |
