On your character-page (which KAMAZ made a link to) you will see your parameters with a (+) after them.
If you click that plus you will raise that parameter.
You will gain one parameter each time you level up, and from certain talents once you reach level 5.
Also, when you reach certain levels in the mercenary guild you will get parameters.
Also, once you reach level 3 you can buy something called "Potion of oblivion" to redistribute your points if you're not happy with them. |
