i wanna do smith,at 10% efficency i repair for free,after 20% efficency,you give me (x-10)% cost of repairing, x = my repair efficency.

4 example,when i can repair 30%,you give me 30-10=20% cost of repair fee.

i'm not sure wether it break any rule.so ask here.thx.
