| From were people get arts like "Cape of Flame", "Dragon shield", "Tower Shield" etc. i know some of them available in market. But question is from were they get/purchase it? is it a gift form Emperor? i can't see any production unit for them. |
| There is no production factory. You buy them direct from the artifact shop. The Buy option only appears when you are of sufficient level and have the gold & resources. |
