If you hold your mouse over the picture, it ll tell you its name
Its gold - wood - ore - mercury - sulfur - crystals - gems
They are resources, you need them for your castle buildings, for some artifacts and other things |

Then on the left side you see all facilities that are selling gems, and on the right all facilities that are buying gems
So in the case of gems, there is only 1 gem mine
