Challenging neutrals is possible once in a [40 min.; 60min.] period (random occurrence each time). Passing by the neutrals or moving to another location while having neutrals on track brings up another ones in half that interval.
But if you mean why do you see Hunter battles when you check group battles: Those people have requested help. On the hunts when you reach a certain hunter level (I think 3 but its been so long) you have the option to 'Ask for Assistance' which shows up in group battles and allows 1 person of your level to join you and help kill the mob in your hunt. you can also help someone of your level if you see them requesting help.
A red and black Claw or animal Paw shows up on the 'Battles' link (near the top of your screen) when someone you can help is requesting assistance. So if you ever notice that it means you can help someone if you choose to. |
