I've been looking around at the battles and duel and I've seen a lot of "No Necro" messages in them. I play as a Dark Elf, but I've also played against Necro.
My suggestion to this is because as long as they have mana they can continuously raise their dead, so they should have a limit as to how many times they can raise a stack. |

also for earlier levels raising IS the only strategy at a necro's disposal. it makes up for the low hp, no morale troops we get. |
| at higher levels it seem that necros become weaker |
everytime a stack is raised, the units HP goes down by 20%
