| Hey all, I'm wondering if anyone knows when the Artifact Shop restocks on it's items. I'm trying to buy a Defender Shield but all I get is "0 in stock". Thanks in advance :) | the arts which can be bought from the map are almost NEVER restocked.
players are encouraged to buy from map to keep economy running, silent hill has plenty defender shields for you.
