Sorry if I repeat this question but i go through the whole FAQ on the post of this forum,It seems there is a secret behind the number that not mentioned in "about the game"

the number tells you how much xp/sp u need for the next lvlup

That's the number you need to gain to level up.

e.q:

Combat level: 5 (52178) +37822
You need 37822 exp points to level up to combat level 6.

Hunters' guild: 2 (141.48) +38
You need 38 more points to level up to Hunter guild level 3.
