In the beginning of February I gave a player called Thehbk619 a 20000 loan for a month.

It's well over a month now and he never paid back. I wrote to him many letters since I can see he has more than enough of resources to pay back but he doesn't answer to any of my messages.
Please punish him or at least threaten him with punishment so that I get my gold back.
