I see from time to time (especially with Thief Guild Invitations) that people make bids in Auctions when they cannot afford the bid.
So what happens to a bidder who wins an Auction but cannot afford to pay for what they purchased?

| You cant bid if you dont have the required amount to place a minimum bid. Keep in mind that once you bid the money is taken from the character and if you get outbid the money is given back. |
Ahhhh, so that is how it works, and that explains why people who bid on TGIs are so poor.
