| ok, I'm lvl 5 and if I rapid for one turn for my bow can I overtook the orcs's turn...thanx for help...:D | First turn - Orcs have high chance to go first. Rapid won't help because you don't get your hero's turn yet.
Second turn - 0.5 turn rapid barely helps. Most likely orcs still go first. 1 turn rapid helps a lot better, your bowmen now have reasonably good chance to go before orcs. (This is assuming rapid without talent)
