my Swordman has no waiting time during attack, it just skipped through or very little time given, where else other units has no problem.

You are fighting against high initiative creatures and with so many enemy stacks, it gives you the impression that your swordmen have no turns. Your archers and griffins are faster than your sworsmen and as you have divided your archers into so many stacks, you get the impression that archers have so many turns.
