the word pussy means cat as in pussy cat so dirty pussy could mean dirty cat it has a bad slang use yes but it does also mean cat so thats a tough call

There are multiple meanings to basically everything. But if a word has a common double meaning that can be offensive, i think the admins should be blocking it.
