| Please contact iwen for details. Thanks! | I, DarwenAward, would like to rent the thief invitation (TGI) from iwen, the owner.
I understand that I must:
(1)never sublease, or transfer, or sell this TGI to others.
(2) return a new thief invitation to iwen within 4 weeks.
(3) within the first 1-3 weeks, I pay iwen 22000 gold (basis) + 1000 gold per day during my rental.
(4) after 3 weeks, I pay iwen an additional fee at 3000 gold per day.
(5) If I can not return a new TGI in 4 weeks (in total), I must pay iwen additional 600,000 gold as a fee to purchase iwen's TGI.
I have transferred 20,000 gold as a refundable deposit for renting iwen's TGI. If I abide by these terms, I can keep the theif arts for myself.
I understand that any dispute can be reported the adminstrator, who has the authority to charge a fine or block a player's ID. |
