1) 17,000 prepaid,
2) You send me artifacts you receive upon reaching TG1 and TG2. If you return TGI in 2 weeks, one of artifacts is returned to you.
3) After 2 weeks of rent payment is 2500 per day.
Or
Gold only: - TGI rented for 5,000 per day, for no longer than 30 days, you keep your artifacts.
In all cases I expect the TGI you receive upon reaching TG 2

Instead of 17k gold they pay 15,500
