Don't like the AP rules, but they don't ruin the game. First month after AP rules, for every 1 battle, I just enrolled like 3 times. |

If you refer to the Minimum AP rules for Hunts, Duels etc I would say
No, But it is acknowledged that wealth creation slows down a lot.
