the racial ability would be elemental infuse

elemental infuse-heal target elemental creature, (can be cast on an allies or enemies creature)and it doesnt lower the creatures max hp.costs 8 mana
Pritty cool but you might wanna rethink some names
names for the creatures, talents or effects?
i agree with this idea for many reasons. however maybe try to buff it to make one faction as
fire elemental
one for water
one for air
and one for earth

i dont know how this will work but still its a good idea

Hm I think that it is an ok idea, might need some balancing touches, complete removal of the leadership talent areas as moral does not work on elemental creatures. Maybe also a bit of a rethink on the shotgun ability,perhaps make it a choice between the shotgun for character or the infuse ability?

I think it would be cool to give the ability to the faction to add small amounts of damage that is the same as the attacking elemental (for example an attacking air elemental would deal a small amount of air damage as well as normal dmg.) Doing this would make the chaos tree much more interesting for this faction.
Perhaps drop the darkness part of talent portion as well, I can easily see the nature and chaos magic relations (Nature= firewall and summon elementals, Chaos= well every chaos spell) but darkness seems a bit out of place, beside with darkness and leadership gone it would still give you five talent areas to spend in.
I would also like to say that your creature that can use the magic "shotgun" ability will be severely useless, well at least for using that specific power. You will have to wait for an incoming stack or move to the enemy stack to get a shot off so you will lose many of your units b4 you can even fire it.

I suggest that you make it be limited range (maybe 3 spaces in a straight line or 2 spaces diagonally) and perhaps make it have a specific elemental dmg type so you can add blockers of certain elements that will be immune to its dmg. allowing a short range shooter with ability to heal its own blockers =)

I would also like to suggest that you make the elemental mage's spells and abilities be based off existing spell formulas and new ones for the new abilities and add formulas for amount of spell power based on number of units in stack. Similar to magi and druids casting spells and getting more potent results based on the number using spell.
tier 1 creature has 3 speed but its a flier??

and incopereal, immune to air and water is too much for tier1.
Funny. The guy got blocked. How sad. He will never be able to post again . X) . I feel much better.
