I repair mostly for my small clan #153 League of Shadows.
But if you send me your item, I can probably fix it pretty quickly since I am not as busy as other smiths with my skill level.
If you send a tiny item, I usually fix it immediately. Larger items I save for last (before I have to go out to a meeting, sleep, etc) before I log off.
