so if i wanted to kill someone i would use like 500g to buy heaps of skeletons and i would use those to kill the person i am vsing then i would have to pay to get more

Then why are you recruiting reserved skeletons ? Don't recruit them then you don't want to waste heaps of gold.

It depends on your faction skill points. The higher it gets, the more skeletons you can recruit.
