| no, at level 5 you gain 10 so you can at least get one talent but at further level strategy is also needed to pick the right talents |

LV5 they giv u 10 points, LV6+ they giv 5 points for each lvl |
| A shame though, it would be interesting to see combats be twisted, with a huge variety of talents on the lower levels. It would be a nice tweak to the game. |
