I remember reading a game hint that at every level, there's something for you to build. Well level 9 is an exception to that. And then level 13.
I don't know about level 9, but there's something that can fit perfectly in level 13: MG level 4! It seems only logical. But there's no MG level 4 in sight. Are the admins going to implement level 4 spells anytime soon? Come on, I want more magic in the game. |

| For level 9 it depends on the faction, some factions dont have any buildings, but other factions (like the demons) can build a building (to recruit 1 extra hell horse) |
and with level 10 I just paid for my level 3 chaos magic but i don't have the spells yet

| yes you need the basic chaos magic to use the level 3 chaos spells. |
basic for lv 3, advance for lv 4, and expert for lv 5
