that's not correct - admins are the game developers i.e. the people in-charge of updates, etc.
the list of your link are the moderators - those are more like the game "police", for lack of a better word |

well, they aren't really looking for mods as it is. they also need people with excellent English skills, active, knowledge of the game. etc
also, don't ask them, they ask you ;) |

criteria of being a moderator is simple. You must know English, you have to have a good understanding of the rules, and you have to abide by the rules.
Currently though, there is no opening for moderators. Admins choose mods according to those they see meeting the above criteria BEFORE the time they start announcing that they are 'hiring'.
if u have questions concerning Chat or Forums just find any mod in the respective clan (you can click my profile and view my clans to do so). If you are actually looking for an Admin because you have a problem, you can either ost in the Complaints and Applications forum, or write your problem to the character called 'Secretary'. |
for Straws:
ill admit, they can be a little more active. though they have a lot of people answering questions in Q&H. there isn't a major need for alot of them since it is only 1 forum topic, they would only need to be around to be/close topics and answer only alittle bit of questions |
Clan members, known as Sages, frequent the "Queries and Help" forum branch and answer the newbies' (and not only) questions.
