| Each time your level your labourers guild up you get extra productivity. Take the base wage of were you enroll and times it by productivity to get gold outcome. |
| FYI The productivity increase applies to your wage, the materials used and also the amount produced at the end of the shift. So if only LG1 players enrol at def. shield blacksmith the output will be very low, and if only LG6 players enrolled there the production of defender shields would be mulitiplied several times. |
