u mean thief arts?
depending on the player's lvl, advanced shop arts e.g those of lvl 9/10 actually are a more lethal combi than a full t-set.
the extra ini and speed is probably better for record-breaking hunts imo |

well, you do have a point, though all the other sets have a bonus for having 5 parts or something, where as you need the whole set for the thief set bonus. |

i didn't start ambushing until i was almost lvl 9 and just completed my thief set, but now that i'm almost lvl 10, the thief set seems such a waste
its nice to have and looks cool, but doesn't seem to work too well against the caravans when compared to the lvl 9/10 arts with tons of attack and defense |
in theft are only good thing is amulet and ring, rest is just a crap... :) and agree with #4 about having all set it is stupid
and +1 speed in all fictions are not the most important thing. they could put different combination to make a whole set and each combination have different advantages,
like +1 speed, +1 range (additionally), +1 knowledge, +1 morale,
to fit for each faction. Now i think knight with +1 speed (with xbow) in corner do not gain so much from it. |

of course, because the thief set's best attribute is +1 to speed. do you need additional speed on ambush? yes but not as group battles/duels do. |

thief set good for DE, but for knight is much better to use the level 9/10 arts. Knights are too slow and have low damage output compared to fast high damage factions like DE and elf.
Knights rely a lot on the slow and steady strategy. |
for Pantheon:
thief set good for DEthough we do need to carry around a X-bow that does pretty much nothing for us. maybe there should be a their sword? |
