A few changes in our recruiter system
Because of the recent update in game rules about clan management, I think we should change our recruiter system. Based on my understanding on the rules, I propose the following change:
1. remove the requirment of bronze dragon for recuiter and silver dragon for smith and enchanters, but they need to be in our clan #136 DH or #279 DS.
2. recruiters don't get 500 gold anymore, but still get 2 clan points. From now one, all recruiters should transfer all invitation fee (2500 gold) to our treasurer GGW for clan funds.
3. remove the ref bonus of 2 clan points in DA and 0.1 DS in DS clan for normal clanmates. You need become recruiters to be able to invite new players join our clan and get clan points.
