I believe one of the possible upcoming features is "Facilities as Private Real Estate.".

This may be an indication that the Admins are at least thinking of implementing this feature at some time in the future. It might be the first step in preparing to implement such a feature.
The best thing of all is that it shows that the Admins are looking to the future for this server. They have plans to add interesting features and this is proof (IMO) that they are testing these features for possible future implementation. |
