No, the number of the stack of lorekeeper did affect it
It mean by the more your lorekeeper in one stack the damage of spell cast by each will decrease well......this is what I have observe |
| Well I know as the number of the stack increases the base damage does too. But I was meaning the difference between 1 wizard racial skill and 3-4 wizard racial skill levels |
