I am renting a TGI, my conditions are:
1) 15,000 prepaid,
2) You send me artifacts you receive upon reaching TG1 and TG2. If you return TGI in 2 weeks, one of artifacts is returned to you.
3) After 2 weeks of rent payment is 2000 per day.
In all cases I expect the TGI you receive upon reaching TG 2

Instead of 15k gold they pay 13k g
