i have Steel helmet [A5F3] ,10% air resistance( dark elfs and wizzards) & 6% fire resistance (demons).
with a cape of winds you get 35% air shield so you can save 2+ shrews per lighting spell.
i sell it cause i reached tg lev 2.

it is good for thieves in lev 6 & 7.
