Rule 3.16 states Staged combats leading one of the parties to losing a priori will be punished for. A staged combat by definition is one where any one of the parties or party members intentionally loses to the other for any reason different from having technical problems with access to the game. Instigation to losing a combat is also forbidden.
As can be observed on the 26/04/2009 there were 4 staged Thief Ambushes where Mytle lost to Gardencity. You can also observe the many other thief ambushes between these 2 with the same outcome of Gardencity being victorious. You may also observe the lack of any other ambushes by Gardencity on other IDs.
Regarding Rules 3.8 to 3.10.1

1. Myrtle and Gardencity have previously stated in their character profiles that they are each other's partner ie husband and wife, and that this was in relation to the same IP usage. That profile information is no longer on each ID's profile. <It is possible there is legitimate reason for this, but I doubt it.>
2. As can be seen on each of their Combat Logs, Myrtle and Gardencity assist each other in Hunts very frequently. I am 99% sure that many if not all these combats are from the same IP address. I base my claims on the information that has now been removed from their profiles, the frequency of offered and accepted hunt assists between the 2 IDs, and the very damning fact they were able to so easy coordinate the Thief Ambushes for Gardencity's benefit.
3. A check by Admin on the IP Adddresses used by these 2 IDs should be able to confirm or deny any wrongdoing. It is technically possible I am making a false claim, but I strongly doubt it. In any case I apologise if this particular claim is false.
