A vaccine? It'll at least 6 months to make the first batch.
Also vaccines are near useless for the flu because of the constant mutations.

Doesn't matter. Although the swine flu is called that because it mostly only pigs are infected, it can infect many other animals including humans. |

the only true cure is to separate and quarantine everyone to stop the spread and contain it. given enough time all the infected would either die or develop antibodies against it.
this would pretty much kill off all the swine flu in humans. after that it is a question of being careful and guard against the swine flu from non-human sources. |
