Get more garg and golem. It is doable.
put magi on the top corner, big stack of garg and golem on bottom blocking shrews, with small stack(5) block top of elf.
Use magi purge poison off grandmaster bowman before their turn. Rest of magi can shoot or punch poisoners to death. Use magic on shrews. just use a single stack to block hydra.
