Authortweak the payouts for merc guild missions
invaders and brigands have both the same kind of difficulty, but there is one major difference between the two: you do not need arts to fight brigands. I propose that we double the current payout for invaders missions so it compensates for the use of arts.

I see no major issues concerning the subject.

if you make it to level 8 combat and level 5/6 racial then you have a good chance of doing at least all the {0} without arts.

Isn't the chance to get elements enough to compensate for the slight money loss?
Besides, if you do enough merc. missions, you'll realize that you'll need arts for practically every one of them (except for maybe raids.)
the problem is when you're level 8, the payout for a brigand and invaders are the same, but for invaders you need min arts to do even though you can do it with no arts. the brigands however, you can do with no arts. at level 8+ you are wasting your money. Remember its only a 20% chance, but you can get nothing for more than 5 times in a row.
I've always seen mercenary quests as a sort of gambling. It's not the gold that's important, it's the elements. Besides you can always skip it if you don't like it. Maybe the admins didn't intend all quests to be cheap...
