Player Plutnik rent Thief Guild Invitation (TGI) out to MrNiceGuy on following terms:
- TGI should be returned in 3 weeks;
- 50,000 prepaid;
- after 3 weeks MrNiceGuy has to pay 3000 gold per day to Plutnik, until TGI is returned. Partial days count as whole days.
