Hi, I know we can rent thieves guild invitations with contract shown in forum.
but I still don't know the "law" about it:
If a player failed to return TGI in 4 weeks, or even quit the game in the process, what would happen to the original owner of TGI?
Would the owner just lose it with no compensation at all or would empire transfer a new one or gold to help?
Any link or any examples?

| TGI owner recieves no compensation for unpaid debts from empire. You could only hope for the person to return to the game finish his TGI leveling and send you the invite back. |

This seems unfair-empire fined the cheater for 380k and leave pantheon suffering?
I assume it takes great courage to rent TGI to strangers.
