I just found a interest thing about the lighting damage.
when i changed to DE, i have lvl 0 faction skill, the level 10 caravan of DE (power 14) deal 165 light damage. so it follows the formula 11+11*14=165. when i reached DE faction skill level 3, i gain 9% resistance, the lighting damage is 150, matching the formula. when i reached DE4, i got 145 light damage, still follow the formula.
recently, i add a cape of winds to fight with caravan of wizard (power 14) and got 124 light damage, that means cape of winds reduced 25% lighting damage. but i just fight with DE with the cape of winds and i found the lighting damage is 129, even higher than wiz.
so i'm wondering if anyone knows how the cape of winds works in this case. | It is b'coz of piercing ability of the DE Caravan hero. | thanks, good to know.
does it mean the cape of winds has no significant protection to DE? | for GGW: DE's ability thro' immunities too. so you got your answer. | for GGW:
of course it has some resistance, though not as much as against other races | thanks sry and misself for clarifying this issue |
