I'm sure someone asked this before, but I'm not sure how to search for this. So let me ask again.
I accepted a quest to fight a Faeries-monster {2}. But when the battle started, I checked the stats of the monster, and it says Faeries-monster {1}. Indeed, the stats reflected {1}, not {2} (speed is 8, not 9, for example). I'm not complaining, mind you. I'm just curious. Is there a small chance that the monster's level is reduced by 1, and I was just lucky to hit that chance? If so, does anyone know what this chance is? Must be pretty small, because this is the first time I saw it. See for yourself.
