such as swordmen stun, ghost miss, orges knockback?
is the higher morale, the more chances to get bursting for more action???

luck doesnt affect abilities triggered but soldier luck.
higher morale will trigger burst action better. |
Luck will not affect your troops special ability.
The talent solder's luck will.

Every one morale is 10% chance up to the max of 5morale |
