seriously, it's the only place where it makes more money than it gives away as payment. adding maybe 20 slots would improve the game in 2 ways:
1. more people can work, less complaints
2. the balance for the lab would remain more constant rather than gold sitting, and not helping the game economy, more slots= better economy.
I'm interested in hearing on all sides of this issue. |
| not true, all places make more than they pay, it's just that noone buys what they make and everyone enrolls (or at least with sulphur dune), if same is done to lab then it'd be back to the position where we only had the sulphur dune in yellow lake, always out of gold but always has money tied up in stock |

I think there is merit to this idea. You could put many of the level 7 artifact manufacture there rather than have them at the Artifact shop. This could also help improve the demand for sulfur, which regularly seems to have an over supply.

Also a Nickel Plant is feasible as we are close to a nickel shortage at the moment. A factory of inspiration also has some merit as rings of inspiration are in regular short supply.

NO do not need more slots !!!!
Even now there are none who are working in gem mine, crystal mine, thoes resources starts to run out. If everyone will work in YL lab then it will ruin the economy even more than you think.
(every one knows that YL are the most crowded place (due to MG) so if you do a quest in BG or Silent Hill, better enroll there than come back to YL) |

Nicel shortage? In GC are 2k of nickel produced (it`s 3.4M gp to buy it out)
only thing i will agree is about ring of inspiration, they could add +10 slots (like they did with def. shield) |
