Rules for TGI rent:
1) Return TGI in 1 week: i take 1 thief art of my choice
2) Return TGI in 2 weeks: i take 2 thief arts
3) Return TGI after 2 weeks: 2500 gold per day
4) Thief arts must be full durability and those u get when u level up your TG
5) Failure to return TGI in 30 days: Ban or 400k penalty
6) I will not ask for a deposit as i know u will need all the gold u have for ambush
7) Clan members follow different rules
