What will be if I raise the level during tournament?
I will compete with contenders of my level or what?

as long as you do no fight or hunt outside the tournament, exp will accumulate but you will not change level.

However, if you do any hunt, pvp, merc quest or even thief ambush (being victim or ambusher) then the level up will doom you :D
