Hi all,
I read in the tournament section someone commented that a player did well coz he was 'using diamond upgrades'. What exactly is diamond upgrade?
I always thought diamond upgrade is when u can use diamond(s) to build castle etc, before the combat level u are normally allowed to, so how does this have any bearing on the Survivor tournament??

| For example : Shrews can be made at lvl 8 normally; but wiht diamnds you can get them on level 6 !?! So thats really some overpowered stuff. |

Not sure if what I ask makes sense (or stoopid), since our highest level players (level 14, right?) has all (?) the highest tier troops available in the game, they wouldn't get any higher tier troops even if they do diamond upgrade, right? Like a level 14 knight doing diamond upgrade and... getting Archangel? :p |

Yes if they would like to get the upgrades on earlier levels. Ex on .ru you can get tier 5 upgrades with diamonds on level 13, if not you spend gold and resources like normal to get the upgrades on level 14. But we dont have that yet. |
Well, since I;m a low-level noob, I would stick my neck out and say most high level players would much prefer BETTER/new troops, than MORE troops. So if the game wanna make money cash, they should introduce the higher tier troops/upgrades asap. :p

yes the difference will be huge... but it is pointless currently as we don't even have a single lv 14 player.
what's the point of having upgrades when no one can use them yet :p
more than that players will be happy to get tier 5 upgrades (which are doing wonders in .ru) and a the whole lot of lv 13 can enjoy them |

But isn't diamond upgrades supposed to do exactly that? Do get upgrades/new troops BEFORE u get to a level? Like shrews at level 6 for DEs? ;)
But u are right. Even upgrades for tier 5 creatures would be awesome. :) |
But the downside is since there are already so little level 13 players, anyone who does DUs would not be allowed to join PvPs ! hahaha..
So only usefulness would probably in quests and hunts. :) |

that's right, tier 7 troops are activated at lv 7, so no way you can get upgrades before than can you now :P
shrews are usable at lv 6, but the basic unit rogues are available from lv1. for diamonds to be used, the base troop must be available first |
