Terms:
1) Return TGI with no more than 4 weeks.
2) When TGI is returned within 2 weeks, you will get back a thief art of my choice.
3) When TGI is returned later than 2 weeks, you will give me both the thief art.
4) You will have to be blocked or pay 600k gold if TGI not returned in time.
